Maidstone Upper Stone Street reopens after crash

Roads around Maidstone are getting back to normal after a crash this afternoon.
There were delays around the Maidstone gyratory after the collision in Upper Stone Street.
The incident, which involved a motorcyclist and a car, happened close to the junction with Brunswick Street around 3.15pm.
Police and paramedics were sent to the scene and a spokesman for the South East Coast Ambulance Service revealed a man in his 50s was taken to hospital.
They said: "We were called to reports of a collision involving a car and a motorbike at 3.15pm.
"We sent two ambulance crews to the scene. The motorcyclist, a man aged approximately in his 50s, was taken to Tunbridge Wells Hospital as a priority.
"He was conscious en route and was suffering from back pain."
