Maidstone: Police respond to welfare concerns on banks of River Medway

Police were called to a riverbank last night after concerns were raised for a man's welfare.
Paramedics also attended the scene near All Saint's Church in Maidstone around 6pm.
The man was taken to a local hospital for further medical attention.
