Staff at a train station asked for power to be shut off amid concerns for a woman's welfare.
Southeastern staff at Maidstone East put in a request to isolate power to the station after seeing a distressed person yesterday evening.
British Transport Police was informed of the incident at around 8.20pm.
A spokesperson from BTP said: "Officers were called to Maidstone East station at 8.20pm last night following concern for the welfare of a woman.
"BTP attended and a woman was taken to a place of safety."
Power was restored shortly afterwards.
