A vulnerable 15-year-old who was missing for over a day has been found safe and well.
Krystle Bates was last seen in Maidstone town centre just before 10am on Wednesday morning after spending the night at a friends house.
Her family were concerned after it emerged the teen has not taken her medication for two days.
Her relatives and friends searched the street for over 24-hours in the hope of finding the youngster.
Friends and relatives searched the street for over 24-hours in the hope of tracking down the youngster.
Her mum, Jackie Power, said: "She has been found and is now home safe and sound."
Ms Power thanked KentOnline for helping publicise the search.
It's thought the youngster, who attends The Cedars Pupil Referral Unit in Bower Mount Lane, stayed at a friend's house on Tuesday night after a dispute with relatives.
The teenager moved to Maidstone from the Isle of Sheppey, having lived in Rushenden with her family until May this year.
Her aunt, who lives on the Island, said she may have made contact with friends in the area.
