Maidstone: Temporary traffic lights installed on Willington Street after water leak
09:20, 09 November 2015
Motorists are facing delays after a water leak on a busy Maidstone road.
Engineers were called to Willington Street, between Madginford Road and Deringwood Drive, shortly after 9am to reports of water running down the road.
Staff from Clancy Docwra have installed temporary lights to control traffic flow while they complete repairs.
The same stretch of road was closed for six weeks over the summer to allow the road surface to be upgraded and pipes to be replaced.
