A father and son have been charged after police found cash, heroin and a stun gun following a search in Maidstone.
Officers responded to reports of suspicious activity in a car park off Sandling Road on March 19, and found the drugs, the money and the device after a search of a parked vehicle and connected address.
Kyriacos Achilleos, 67, and Andreas Achilleos, 41, both of Christopher Road, Chatham, were arrested.
They were bailed pending further enquiries and rearrested on September 18.
Both men have now been charged with possessing heroin with intent to supply and possessing a weapon for the discharge of electrical incapacitation.
Kyriacos Achilleos is also charged with being concerned in the supply of heroin.
The suspects appeared before Medway Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, September 19, where after pleading not guilty to the charges, they were remanded in custody.
The case has been adjourned to the next hearing, at Maidstone Crown Court on October 17.
