Three people arrested after drugs found hidden in BMW car handbrake along Loose Road, Maidstone

Three people have been arrested after drugs were found hidden under the handbrake rubber of a car.
At around 3.30pm on Saturday, a black BMW 3 Series was stopped by officers along Loose Road in Maidstone.
The occupants were detained while police searched the vehicle.
Officers reportedly found cocaine which had been concealed under the handbrake rubber, as well as cash and a number of phones.
Two men and a woman were arrested on suspicion of possessing Class A drugs with intent to supply.
One of the men was further arrested on suspicion of driving whilst disqualified and without insurance.
They have been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
