Emergency services called to A229 Fairmeadow in Maidstone after report of an assault

Emergency services were called to the A229 Fairmeadow in Maidstone last night following reports of an assault to South East Coast Ambulance Service's control room.
Two police cars and an ambulance attended the scene at 10.30pm and carried out a search along the A229 Fairmeadow and footpaths along the River Medway.
No victim was found and the assault was not reported to police.
