Fire crews race to bungalow blaze

A bungalow living room was gutted and its roof partially damaged by a blaze in Cranbrook Road, Benenden.
Fifteen firefighters battled the blaze for about two hours after it was reported at 12.40pm on Wednesday, January 18.
Three fire engines were at the scene and crews used breathing apparatus and hose reel jets.
