EARLY morning traffic slowed to a crawl following a five-car collision on the M20 motorway today.
Motorists travelling London-bound between junctions 8 and 9 were held up as the middle and outside lanes became blocked.
Police were called to the scene at about 6.25am. Three of the five cars had to be recovered from the carriageway. All the vehicles were damaged, but nobody was injured.
The two lanes remained blocked throughout rush hour but reopened at around 9.30am.
