Former 7Bone unit in Earl Street and Headgardeners barber shop in Union Street, Maidstone to be auctioned by Clive Emson

A former barber shop and what used to be a restaurant are set to go under the hammer.
The two units in Maidstone town centre are among the lots at Clive Emson’s auction at the end of the month.
Barber shop Headgardeners at 17 Union Street, which shut earlier this year, will be up for sale.
It has a retail unit on the ground floor and a one-bedroom flat above. The freehold guide price is £200,000-£220,000.
Another unit up for sale will be the former 7Bone restaurant at 42-44 Earl Street.
It shut suddenly in July 2022 and was previously a Cafe Rouge.
The freehold of the double-fronted property has a guide price of £200,000-plus.
The old Skills Plus Centre in St Faith’s Street, next to the town’s olf library and adult education centre, is also set to go under the hammer.
It has a courtyard garden at the back and a forecourt at the front.
The single-storey property has a freehold guide price of £100,000-£110,000.
Auctioneer Kevin Gilbert said: “This is a building in a superb position in St Faith’s Street, next to the entrance to the shopping facilities in Fremlin Walk.
“Inside there is an open-plan office or lecture room, separate office, toilet and kitchen.”
As well as this, a 1.4 acre plot of land at Stede Hill in Harrietsham will be up for grabs, with a freehold guide price of £200,000-plus.
It contains two outbuildings, one with a toilet and shower.
A large mid-terrace house in Boxley Road and a four bedroom mid-terrace house in Union Street will also be available.
The auction will be take place on Wednesday, July 24.
