A worker at Greggs has been threatened and racially abused after asking a customer to wear a face mask.
The suspect entered the Maidstone shopping centre branch at around 9.10am on April 2, when a member of staff confronted him over his lack of a face covering.
After threatening to assault the victim and shouting racial abuse, the maskless man left the bakery in The Mall.
Although the offence took place more than a fortnight ago, Kent Police has waited until today to issue CCTV images of a man they wish to speak to over the alleged offences.
A force spokesman said: "Officers believe the person pictured could have important information and are asking anyone who recognises him to contact them."
If you have information which could assist the investigation call Kent Police on 01622 604100 quoting reference 46/53962/21
