GILLINGHAM striker Marlon King will miss the start of the new Nationwide League, Division 1, season on Saturday, August 9, as he continues his rehabilitation following the reconstruction of an anterior cruciate ligament.
King, who scored seven goals in 12 appearance last season, sustained the injury at Derby in January.
He is confident of being back in first team action by the end of August.
