If you often find yourself on a mad one in Maidstone town centre and don't want the night to end, where's the place you go? Lashings, of course.
The sports bar has been keeping merry punters entertained for more than 40 years, but now it's up for sale.
Owner of the Upper Stone Street venue, David Folb, says the property has become quite valuable since he bought back in the 1980s.
It's up for £790,000 on Rightmove, which includes a bar, restaurant, catering kitchen, an outdoor seating area, and four flats.
What might also appeal to possible buyers is the 6am licence, seven days a week.
However, don't panic - even if the new buyers don't carry on the Lashings legacy of early morning pool and pints, the business is still going to be running - just in a new location.
Mr Folb is looking to purchase new premises near the High Street, and reopen the well-established bar there.
He is hoping to get a similar licence as the current Lashings.
Mr Folb said: "I was thinking about refurbishing it but then realised it was probably much easier to just buy new premises which are already done up.
"This new place will benefit from being much closer to the town centre.
"But it will be essentially the same set up and will still be a sports bar and home to Lashings World XI cricket club, even though I no longer own the club.
In terms of obtaining a late night/early morning licence, Mr Folb said: "We've been running for more than 40 years which proves there is a need for this kind of venue.
"Also, the new premises is not actually right on the High Street, which might help."
He added he's now been living in Jamaica for around six years, running Lashings Boutique Hotel, so his focus is more out there than in Maidstone.
