A man has been taken to hospital after his lorry overturned on the motorway.
Traffic was stopped in the early hours on the M20 heading coastbound between junction 8 for Maidstone and 9 for Ashford.
Police and paramedics were called at around 4am to reports of an overturned vehicle.
The driver was treated for an arm injury at the scene and taken to a local hospital for further medical attention.
Highways officers remained arranging for recovery of the lorry.
As of 5am, all lanes had been reopened and traffic released but National Highways warned drivers to approach with caution.
There are current delays of less than 10 minutes. Traffic heading towards the Port of Dover and the Eurotunnel Le Shuttle is unaffected.
