M20 crash between Ditton and Maidstone sees drivers facing delays of up to two hours

Drivers have been facing disruption for two hours following a crash on the M20.
The incident took place on the coastbound carriageway between Junction 4 (Ditton) and Junction 5 (Maidstone).
It is due to a collision between a lorry and a car which happened at about 6pm (May 28).
The crash led to two of the carriageway’s three lanes being blocked.
National Highways warned of delays until about 8pm - by which time the road had reopened.
Both police and paramedics attended the scene.
A spokesman for Kent Police said: “We were called at 5.33pm on Tuesday to a collision involving a lorry and a car on the eastbound carriageway of the M20 near Junction 4.
“Patrols and highways officers attended the scene where no injuries were reported.”
