Maidstone: Man and woman arrested as officers seize heroin and crack cocaine from car in Chancery Lane

Plain clothed officers have arrested two suspected drug dealers in Maidstone.
The pair were stopped in a car in Chancery Lane at around 2.45pm on Thursday, August 30.
The driver, a 46-year-old man from Catford, London and a 36-year-old local woman were arrested on suspicion of supplying a controlled drug.
Officers seized 120 deals of heroin and crack cocaine, a mobile phone and a quantity of cash.
More than 200 wraps of class A drugs were later recovered from a private address.
The man and woman remain in police custody while the investigation is ongoing.
