Man charged after two assaulted near Source bar in Rose Yard, Maidstone

A man has been charged after two people were assaulted near a nightclub.
Police and ambulance crews were called to a disturbance in Rose Yard, Maidstone on Saturday at around 2.40am.
A man was suffered cuts to his face and was taken to hospital. A second man later came forward and said he was also assaulted.
Two suspects were arrested and taken into custody.
Nyron Scott, of Wantage Road, Reading, Berkshire, has since charged with grievous bodily harm with intent.
The 24-year-old appeared before Maidstone Crown Court yesterday, where he was remanded to a hearing at the same court on June 5.
A 23-year-old man from West Kilburn, Greater London, who was also arrested on suspicion of assault, was bailed to return to the police station on August 6, pending further investigation.
