William Rye charged with burglaries in Staplehurst and East Farleigh

Officers investigating burglaries in Staplehurst and East Farleigh have charged a man.
William Rye, 42, of Vicarage Lane, East Farleigh was arrested on Wednesday, November 8.
He was subsequently charged with burglaries in Dean St, East Farleigh between October 9 and 20, Couchman Green Lane, Staplehurst on 24 October, and Wilden Park Road, Staplehurst between November 1 and 4.
He was also charged with possessing an offensive weapon in a public place.
Rye appeared before Maidstone Magistrates' Court on Friday where he was remanded to appear before Maidstone Crown Court on Friday, December 8.
