Maidstone: Police investigate after man suffers knife wound to neck after assault in Buckland Road

Police are investigating after a man drove himself to hospital with a suspected knife wound to the neck.
The victim, in his 30s, is reported to have been attacked at an address in Buckland Road in Maidstone.
The man, who sustained injuries to his neck and hands, then drove himself to Maidstone Hospital, where further paramedics and the air ambulance were called to help.
He was transferred to King's College Hospital in London by road.
His injuries were not reported to be life threatening.
The attack happened between 4am and 6am on Thursday.
A 39-year-old woman, from Maidstone, was arrested on suspicion of assault that same day. She has since been released without charge.
Enquiries remain ongoing.
