Delays have cleared on Maidstone's one-way system following a medical incident.
One lane of Upper Stone Street was closed near the junction with Waterloo Street.
Paramedics were called to a private address in Waterloo Street shortly after 2pm.
Drivers had to use the right-hand lane while paramedics dealt with the episode.
It follows travel chaos yesterday as one lane of the busy road was closed due to emergency roadworks.
Traffic is now flowing normally and emergency services are no longer at the scene.
Kent Police and SECAmb have been approached for comment.
