Kmfm DJs were entertaining crowds alongside local artists when a mini music festival came to Maidstone today.
Fremlin Walk shopping arcade hosted performances from singers Kirsti Robinson and Harriet Drury as part of its autumn festival, which kicked off last Saturday.
As part of FremlinFest, there was free festival style face-painting on offer, and new sports store DW Sports held a special Reebok challenge.
And there were sweet treats to be had from Fremlin Walk’s Cake Ladies, who were handing out free samples from retailers such as Costa and Patisserie Valerie.
At the launch last week, Kmfm staff were hunting for shoppers carrying Fremlin Walk bags for life and giving them a chance to win vouchers to spend at stores in the centre.
Other events lined up include free pumpkin-carving demonstrations between 11am and 3pm on Tuesday, October 28. On Friday, October 31, between noon and 3pm, Fremlin Walk’s very own witch will lead children in a safe trick-or-treat trail.
The festival runs until November 2 with more details from www.fremlinwalk.co.uk
