Community organisations have less than a month to apply to hire Mote Hall for free.
Maidstone Borough Council is accepting final applications before the end of Friday, January 31.
Five free lets at the venue in Maidstone Leisure Centre are available each year for events that are sporting or cultural and would be unlikely to happen without the offer.
They should essentially be non-fundraising and the council is particularly keen to support activities for young people.
The offer covers the cost of hiring out the hall but all other incidental costs incurred by the leisure centre must be met by the event organisers.
Previous events that have taken place thanks to this offer include gymnastics displays, the Heart of Kent Hospice concert, rollerskating competitions and Kent’s Got Talent.
Community organisations that wish to make an application for a free let between April 2014 and March 2015 should contact Amanda Scott in the Parks and Leisure department on 01622 602647 or email amandascott@maidstone.gov.uk
