Cyclist taken to Tunbridge Wells Hospital after collision with car on A229 Loose Road, Maidstone

A cyclist has been taken to hospital with multiple injuries after a collision with a car in Maidstone.
Kent Police was called to the A229 Loose Road at 10.43am following the accident.
Teams from the air ambulance joined in a road vehicle to help paramedics.
A spokesperson from South East Coast Ambulance Service said: "The cyclist was treated at the scene before being taken to Tunbridge Wells Hospital by road with the air ambulance team joining our crew to treat the patient en route to hospital."
His injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
