Car leaves coast-bound carriageway of M20 between junction 8 for Leeds and 9 for Ashford

One lane of the coast-bound carriageway of the M20 was closed following an accident.
A vehicle has reportedly left the road and overturned between junction 8 for Leeds and junction 9 for Ashford.
Police were called at 3.48pm to the incident on the slip road of junction 8.
Officers at the scene were able to get the lane reopened within an hour. No injuries have been reported.
Firefighters and paramedics also attended to make the scene safe.
A woman was freed from the car before crews arrived. She was checked at the scene by paramedics, but didn't require hospital treatment.
Highways England has advised that the lane should reopen by 5.30pm.
