Hollingbourne: Mindy Fairchild from Chatham charged after man found naked in car

A man is set to appear in court after reportedly being found half-naked in a car parked in a public road in Hollingbourne.
PCSOs were on patrol in Pilgrims Way on Sunday, when they reported seeing a man lying partially clothed in a reclined seating position in a vehicle, with his lower body exposed.
Mindy Fairchild, aged 52, of Meadow Bank Road, Chatham was arrested and later charged with a public order offence.
He has been bailed to appear before Maidstone Magistrates’ Court on Friday, September 8.
