A petrol station next to a busy retail park is to close for up to five weeks.
The Sainsbury’s forecourt in Quarry Wood Industrial Estate, Aylesford, is set to close for maintenance work.
The petrol station is on the same site as South Aylesford Retail Park, which is home to Nando’s, Halfords and M&S.
It will be shutting this Monday (January 29) for up to five weeks.
Staff have been warning motorists of the closure, with one customer being told that they are replacing the canopy.
The main store will be open as normal.
A Sainsbury’s spokeswoman said: “The petrol station at our Larkfield superstore is temporarily closing while we carry out maintenance works.
“We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and we look forward to welcoming our customers back when it reopens next month.”
The next nearest petrol station is Esso, which is approximately one mile away.
