In pictures: Snow covers Maidstone, Malling, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, and Weald areas

Snow has blanketed the county overnight, with travel disruption being the main news of the day.

But it isn't all bad news, snow makes for great pictures of the beautiful countryside here in the Garden of England.

To kick us off, the Kent Messenger reporters spotted this lovely French Bulldog watching the snow from a window opposite our Maidstone offices - so cute!!

Martin Gadd, who lives in Linton, took these pictures of sheep at Linton Park - and demonstrated even animals don't mind stopping in front of a mobile phone for their photocall.
