The organisers of Music On The Hill have announced that that the festival has come to its "natural end".
In 2011 and 2013, seven concerts were held at Kings Hill near West Malling featuring artists such as Katherine Jenkins, Jools Holland, McFly and Peter Andre.
Proceeds were shared by Teens Unite Fighting Cancer and Demelza Hospice Care for Children with more than £130,000 being donated to charities as a result of the festivals.
But now Colin Thacker, event director and trustee of The Children’s Development Trust, which also benefitted, has announced it will not be returning.
He said: “When we first staged the festival in 2011, we had no previous experience of organising such an event but it was successful enough for us to do so again in 2013.
"Last year’s event was bigger and better and received great reviews.
"We gave the children from Demelza and the teenagers from Teens Unite Fighting Cancer an amazing experience of being backstage, meeting some of their idols and that was probably the best thing of all.
"It raised awareness for the charities and produced a good amount of money for them. However, it is time to move on to new projects.
"We’ve brought new supporters to the charities and it galvanised a community and for that, we are very proud.
"I want to publicly thank the individuals and companies that helped us to make the festival so successful, in particular the team at Liberty Property Trust who allowed us to make Kings Hill our temporary home.”
