Police called to 'disturbance' in Maidstone town centre

The lunch time rush in Maidstone town centre has been disrupted by a domestic incident.
Police officers are currently speaking to two people in Week Street after receiving a call shortly after 1pm.
Kent Police confirmed it had been called to the town centre amid reports of a "disturbance" thought to involve two people.
No physical violence has been reported, though officers remain at the scene.
There have been no arrests.
