A man arrested in connection with a serious sexual assault in Maidstone has been released on bail.
Officers were called to private grounds in St Andrew's Park, Barming, where a woman claims she was attacked on Sunday evening.
The victim, who is in her 30s, said she was assaulted at 9.45pm.
Part of the former Oakwood Hospital, off St Andrew's Road, was cordoned off with police tape and inquiries are ongoing.
Forensic officers were at the scene until around noon.
A 39-year-old man from Maidstone was arrested on Monday evening in connection with the incident.
He was questioned and released on bail until December 5 while the investigation continues.
