Kent Police at Archbishop's Palace, Maidstone over concerns for woman

Police and paramedics have been called to Maidstone to search for a woman after fears were raised for her safety.
Officers arrived just before 1pm after a woman had been seen near Knightrider Street.
They parked outside Archbishop's Palace in Mill Street while they carried out a search for her.
The woman was found close to the River Medway and has been handed into the care of medical staff.
