Police block part of Royal Engineers Road, Maidstone after crash

Officers have re-opened part of a road after it was blocked following a two car smash.
Police were called to Royal Engineers Road, Maidstone near the Kent History and Library Centre roundabout just before 9am.
An emergency vehicle was in place to stop drivers using part of the road that leads towards County Hall and Maidstone East Station.
Two police cars were at the scene.
The road was blocked for just under an hour but has since been reopened.
