Seventies music legends 10cc have announced they are coming to Kent.
Performing on May 27 at the Hop Farm near Paddock Wood, they will take to the stage headlining Gig For Life.
Organised by Cancer Research UK, 10cc will be supported by Maverick Sabre, Toploader, Los Pacaminos (featuring Paul Young), The Standard Lamps and Arcelia.
The band, who were formed in 1972 by Graham Gouldman and Kevin Godley, have had three UK number 1 singles – I'm Not In Love, Rubber Bullets and Dreadlock Holiday. Other famous chart hits include Wall Street Shuffle and The Things We Do for Love. The band split in the 1980s with Godley teaming up with Lol Creme.
Gouldman, however, is still in the current line up.
This is the first Gig For Life and will have family entertainment including inflatables, with more to be confirmed.
The news was announced last night via Twitter.
Earlybird tickets are on sale now via www.gigforlife.co.uk/tickets/
