Safe stolen from Costcutter in Snowdown Avenue, Maidstone, in daylight raid

A brazen thief stole a safe in a daylight raid on a convenience store.
The suspect is alleged to have entered a Maidstone branch of Costcutter at around 1.15pm via a rear entrance.
After stealing the safe, which contained cash, the man is said to have fled the scene in the direction of a footpath behind the store in Snowdown Avenue.
Police have carried out a forensic examination of the crime scene, and their investigation has also included house-to-house enquiries and analysis of possible CCTV opportunities
Now officers investigating the theft, which happened on November 23, have now released CCTV images of a man they wish to speak to in relation to their investigation.
