Reports of man with knife in Brenchley Gardens, Maidstone

A search was carried out in Maidstone town centre after reports that a man was spotted carrying a knife.
The search started in Brenchley Gardens, off Station Road, at about 4.15pm.
The man is not believed to still be in the park.
