Rail delays for Southeastern trains across Kent after man hit by train at Sevenoaks

Trains through Kent have been severely disrupted after a man was hit by a train at Sevenoaks this afternoon.
Southeastern said services running through the station might be cancelled, delayed by up to an hour or changed at short notice.
All lines were blocked for more than two hours until just before 3pm - but disruption was set to continue into the evening rush-hour.
Police said the man has survived being hit by the train and is being treated for injuries described as "life-changing".
British Transport Police said it was called to the scene at just after 12.20pm and the incident is being treated as non-suspicious.
A spokesman said officers are at the scene along with crews from Kent Police.
She said: "Medics from the South East Coast Ambulance Service are also at the scene and are treating the man for injuries, which are currently described as life-changing.
"Officers are currently working to establish the identity of the man and inform his family."

The incident has affected trains between London Bridge and Tonbridge as well as between St Pancras International and Sevenoaks.
Southeastern said disruption was expected until at least 4pm.
A spokesman said: "Owing to a person hit by a train at Sevenoaks all lines are blocked.
"Train services running through this station may be cancelled, delayed or revised at short notice.
"An estimate for the resumption of normal services will be provided as soon as the problem has been fully assessed."
Replacement buses were being run between Orpington and Tonbridge via Sevenoaks in both directions.
Southern trains was also accepting passengers with Southeastern tickets via "any reasonable route".
