A stolen truck has been found only a couple of miles away from where it was taken.

Helena Baines, from West Farleigh near Maidstone, took to social media to try and find out where her "dad’s absolute pride and joy" had been taken to in the early hours of the morning.

Just a few hours after she posted on Facebook, a couple got in touch to report that they had spotted the Land Rover left in between some bushes on a walk in Barming.

The white Land Rover vehicle is known colloquially as a 'cherry picker' because of its yellow elevating work platform.

Helena's post was shared almost 175 times in three hours.
