A supermarket has been slapped with a poor hygiene rating after inspectors visited last month.
Morrisons, off Sutton Road, Maidstone, was handed a two out of five score.
It was inspected on October 6 and told improvement is necessary at the site.
Takeaways, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants are rated from zero to five in three categories – hygienic food handling, cleanliness and conditions of facilitiles and building, and management of food safety.
Morrisons was rated as "improvement necessary" for cleanliness and conditions of facilities and buildings, which includes the likes of ventilation, hand-washing facilities and pest control.
Its management of food safety was "good", while the store's hygienic food handling was rated as "very good".
In July, Tesco superstore in Grove Green, Maidstone, was given the same rating.
It was rated as "improvement necessary" for the cleanliness of its facilities, which includes ventilation, hand-washing facilities and pest control.
It still has the same score.
A Morrisons' spokesman said: "The hygiene within our stores is really important to us.
"We're working closely with the store to address and resolve all issues raised during the inspection.
"We will also be in contact with the local authority to conduct a follow-up inspection in the near future."
