Suspected drug dealer Lamarr Whyte arrested in Maidstone

A man has been arrested on suspicion of selling of heroin and cocaine.
Pain clothed police officers stopped Lamarr Whyte in York Road, Maidstone after noticing suspicious activity in the town centre shortly before 1pm on Monday.
The resident of Northwood Road in Thornton Heath, Surrey was arrested and officers confiscated cash and mobile phones.
They later seized 57 wraps of what they suspect to be cocaine and heroin.
Whyte was charged with supplying class A drugs, possession of cocaine and heroin with intent to supply, offering to supply cocaine and acquiring criminal property, namely cash.
He was remanded in custody and is to appear by video link before Medway Magistrates’ Court today.
