Detectives investigating county lines drugs supply seize knives and arrest two suspected crack cocaine and heroin dealers in Maidstone

Plain-clothes police officers have arrested a two brothers suspected of county lines drug dealing.
They detained the siblings as they entered the Broadway Shopping Centre in Maidstone last Tuesday and when searched two kitchen knives and a number of mobile phones were discovered.
Capri Conteh, 19, and Achmed Conteh, 22, both of Salem Street in the town, were later both charged with possessing a knife in a public place, conspiring to supply crack cocaine and with supplying heroin.
The suspects appeared before Medway Magistrates' Court the next day and were remanded in custody.
The brothers are due to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on July 22.
Kent Police operates a dedicated County Line and Gangs Team of detectives and uniformed officers which aims to tackle drug supply and associated offences.
