Police arrest three sex offenders at Fleming House in Maidstone

One man has been charged and another two men have been arrested on suspicion of breaching sexual offence prevention orders.
The suspects were arrested at a probation hostel in Maidstone on Monday and yesterday.
A police presence was spotted at Fleming House, on the corner of Tonbridge Road and Terrace Road, on both mornings.
Ian Smith, 36, of no fixed address, was charged with breaching a sexual offence prevention order and has been remanded to appear at Maidstone Magistrates’ Court today.
Two men aged 26 and 35 have been bailed, pending further enquiries, until August 18 and December 19, respectively.
