Multi-vehicle crash causes delays on the M20 at Leybourne

A multi-vehicle collision is causing three miles of tailbacks on the M20.
One lane of the London-bound carriageway is shut at junction 4 for Leybourne, with drivers warned to expect delays of up to 30 minutes.
Emergency services are attending, and the vehicles have been moved.
KCC Highways warned of three miles of congestion.
