Man exposes himself at park in Mallards Way, Downswood, Maidstone

A man exposed himself at a park while children were present.
It happened at the play area off Mallards Way, Downswood, Maidstone, at around 2.50pm on Friday, July 16.
He is described as being white, in his late 40s and of slim build and was wearing blue and orange shorts but no top.
