Drivers in Maidstone are encountering frustrating delays this morning.

There are delays around the one way system, with traffic slow on Palace Avenue, Sheals Crescent, Lower Stone Street and Upper Stone Street.

In Upper Stone Street the lane is partially blocked, near the junction with Mote Road.

This is due to work on a water pipe.
