Major delays to Southeastern train services between Kent and London due to signalling problem
12:51, 03 March 2016
Southeastern is warning commuters to expect disruption on trains between Kent and London throughout the evening.
Trains are being diverted to Victoria, Cannon Street and Blackfriars while Network Rail engineers fix a signalling fault.
Many services are delayed or cancelled.
Passengers from Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Ashford, Medway and Dartford are warned to check before they travel.
Railway workers have also discovered a track defect, which needs repairing before the line can reopen.
There were also reports of trespassers on the line close to Tonbridge railway station earlier today.
Passengers can use London Underground and buses at no extra cost.
If you have been delayed by more than 30 minutes you can claim compensation.
