Delays to trains between Paddock Wood and Strood via Maidstone

Rail passengers are advised to check before they travel due to disruption on the Medway Valley Line.
A fault with the electrical supply near New Hythe is causing cancellations and delays between Paddock Wood and Strood via Maidstone West.
Engineers from Network Rail are working to fix the fault and Southeastern has tweeted to apologise to frustrated passengers.
Disruption is expected to continue until 3pm.
Check your journey on the Southeastern website. If you have been delayed by more than 30 minutes your can claim compensation.
