KENT-BASED Haynes Trucks, the Iveco Ford Truck subsidiary of Haynes Brothers, has been awarded the Iveco National Service Team of the Year 2003.
The award, which was presented to the Haynes Trucks service manager Mike Baxter and his team by Iveco Ford Truck service director Steve Patterson, was the culmination of a year of rigorous testing of the knowledge and skills of the Haynes Iveco Truck Service Team versus their fellow Iveco dealers.
This is the first National Service Award that Haynes Trucks has won since the company was set up in 2000, following its acquisition of branches at Ashford and Canterbury from the Summit Group.
Last year the company won the Top Assistance Non-Stop Dealer of the Year for its outstanding commitment to roadside assistance.
In recognition of the award Haynes flew all staff that took part in achieving the award to a ceremony and activity day at Aviemore organised by Iveco Ford.
Andrew Haynes, group managing director of Haynes Brothers Limited said: “Overall our group has now won more than 27 national awards across our various vehicle businesses. ”
