Maidstone: Police arrest two people after disturbance in Union Street

Two people have been arrested following an altercation in Maidstone town centre.
Police were called to a disturbance in Union Street, near the junction with Wheeler Street, at 4.41pm on Sunday.
Officers arrested a 22-year-old man from Maidstone on suspicion of assault and a 16-year-old boy from Rochester on suspicion of assault and criminal damage.
Both have been bailed, pending further inquiries, until Monday, June 20.
