Arrests after fatal crash in Plough Wents Road in Chart Sutton near Maidstone

Two men have been arrested after a man died in a crash.
Police was called just after 3.35am to a collision between a van and a pedestrian in Plough Wents Road in Chart Sutton near Maidstone.
Officers attended with paramedics and a man in his 30s was pronounced dead at the scene.
His next of kin have been made aware.
A 26-year-old man and a 59-year-old man have been arrested in connection with the incident and inquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances.
The road has been closed between Brishing Road and Sutton Road since the accident.
